1. Acceptance of Terms & Entity Information

Welcome to VOF Enterprise ("VOF", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our platform (vofenterprise.com) or associated digital stores, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. VOF Enterprise is an Indian Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Custom Graphic Apparel brand operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - 226012.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Custom Nature of Products

All merchandise available on our platform is manufactured and printed strictly on demand following confirmed individual consumer orders. Because each item is customized with specific slogans, regional typography, or chosen graphic placements, products are exempt from non-defective return or buyer's remorse exchange. All sales are final once an order enters the factory production queue.

3. Sizing, Colors & Manufacturing Tolerances

• Sizing Dimensions: Apparel adheres to Indian textile manufacturing standards with a permissible tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches in chest width and body length. Customers are obligated to verify their chest measurements using our provided Size Chart prior to purchase.
• Color Accuracy: Digital previews on mobile and computer screens operate on backlit RGB color profiles, whereas physical apparel prints utilize specialized textile DTF pigment inks. Minor natural shade variations (5% to 10%) between screen representation and finished physical fabric are standard and do not constitute a defect.
• Fabric Weight: Classic Regular Fit apparel utilizes 180 GSM bio-washed 100% super-combed cotton; Oversized Fit garments utilize 220-240 GSM heavy combed jersey.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property Warranty

When using our Bespoke Studio to input text, slogans, or graphics:

• You warrant that your customized text and requested prints do not infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
• You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hate speech, religiously provocative, or unlawful under Indian penal law.
• VOF Enterprise reserves the unconditional right to reject and refund any order that violates public decency, communal harmony, or intellectual property rights.

5. Pricing, GST & Payments

All retail prices displayed on vofenterprise.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are securely processed through authorized RBI-licensed gateways (Razorpay, certified UPI switches, Net Banking, and Cards). We do not store sensitive payment card details or banking credentials.

6. Defect Liability & Free Replacement

In the event of a proven manufacturing defect (stitch failure, garment tear, wrong print design, or transit damage), our sole liability and your exclusive remedy is a 100% free replacement of the affected product, provided the defect is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with valid unboxing photo/video evidence as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, VOF Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order shall strictly not exceed the actual transaction amount paid by the customer for that order.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under or in connection with transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
