When you place an order or interact with our storefront, we collect strictly necessary details to process your order: your name, shipping address, contact phone number, email address, and order customization preferences.
2. Purpose of Data Use
Your information is utilized solely for: order fulfillment, printing and packaging, real-time dispatch tracking via our courier partners (e.g. BlueDart, Delhivery), invoice generation, and customer service support.
3. Payment Security & Encryption
All financial transactions are handled end-to-end through 256-bit SSL encrypted sessions via Razorpay and certified UPI switches. VOF Enterprise never accesses, logs, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Customer contact and shipping information is shared strictly with operational fulfillment partners (our print production facility and logistics couriers) for the sole purpose of delivery.
